Andrew Mott

Andrew Mott has extensive experience in maritime compliance, currently serving as Sr. Director of Maritime Compliance at Royal Caribbean Group since July 2007. In this role, Andrew oversees safety, quality, labor, and environmental management systems across all company brands and vessels worldwide. Previous positions included Director of Maritime Compliance, where Andrew managed audit programs for safety and compliance, and Senior Auditor for safety, quality, and environmental systems ensuring adherence to international regulations and voluntary standards. Earlier in Andrew's career, experience included serving as an Environmental Officer for Celebrity & Azamara Cruises, and an internship at Sector Boston focusing on marine safety. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Safety and Environmental Protection from Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
