Ben Bouldin

Ben Bouldin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and business development within the hospitality and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. since January 2014, Ben has held various leadership roles, including Associate Vice President & Managing Director for the UK & Ireland and Director of Sales for the same region. Prior experience at PepsiCo International from March 2010 to December 2013 included directing global sales for Subway across 96 countries and leading the PepsiCo UK & Ireland Out Of Home team. Earlier roles at PepsiCo UK involved managing major accounts and sales initiatives across multiple retail sectors. Ben holds a degree in Geography from the University of Aberdeen and has completed A Levels at Godalming Sixth Form College and attended Royal Grammar School Guildford.
