Didier Herant

Didier HERANT is an experienced manager in architectural design and outfitting, currently holding the position of Manager at Royal Caribbean Group since March 2024. Previously, Didier served as Directeur du pôle agencement at James 1840 from June 2022 to February 2024, and as Associate Manager for the EDGE class ships at Royal Caribbean Group from April 2017 to July 2022. With a background in managing operations and projects in various sectors, including naval construction and high-end furniture installation, Didier has held positions such as West Business Unit Manager at Assistance Aéronautique et Aérospatiale and Project Manager at Alpha International. Didier also managed operations at KAEFER WANNER, focusing on shipbuilding and quality management, and served as Project Manager in shipbuilding with Isotherma and Maritec, overseeing contracts related to insulation systems. Academic qualifications include a DESS in Composite Materials from Université de Bordeaux, a Master’s degree in New Materials from Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France, and a DUT in Industrial Mechanics and Maintenance Technologies from the same institution.
