Eric Hernandez, a CPA and CIA, is currently serving as the Internal Audit Lead at Royal Caribbean Group. With a background in accounting and finance, Eric has held positions such as Accounting Manager at Coyo Taco and 1-800-Lucky, as well as Chief Executive Officer at The Dragon Chinese & Sushi. Eric also has experience as an Audit Associate at Grant Thornton LLP. Eric is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and International Business at Florida International University.
