Felipe Fernandez III

Felipe Fernandez III is currently the Lead of Talent Acquisition Operations at Royal Caribbean Group since April 2022. Previously, Felipe held several analytical roles, including Financial Analyst at ZIM Integrated Shipping Services, where responsibilities included overseeing financial and operational budgets for multiple Latin American countries, and Intermodal Product Analyst at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where Felipe led projects integrating intermodal systems. Additional experience includes roles as an Order Management Analyst and a Consultant, where market expansion strategies were developed for top-tier companies. Felipe's early career involved positions at LevelUp, Lowe's Companies, and American & Efird, gaining hands-on operational experience. Felipe earned a Master's of Science in International Business from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Universidad Anáhuac Mayab.
