Glen-Erik Cortés

Glen-Erik Cortés, MBA, currently serves as ML Engineering Manager and Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Royal Caribbean Group, where Cortés established the ML Platform Engineering department for Data Science and led the design and implementation of the alphaPlatform. Previous experience includes developing algorithmic trading strategies as a self-employed consultant, managing the Business Intelligence department at the community with a focus on high-value clients like Verizon and BMW, and working as a BI Business Analyst Consultant at HBO Latin America. Cortés also held multiple roles at Procter & Gamble, including Market Estimates & Projections Leader and Project Manager, where key contributions included forecasting, process transformation, and systems integration. Glen-Erik Cortés holds an MBA in Global Business from IE Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Xavier University.
