Ingrid Mendoza

Ingrid Mendoza, MBA, is an accomplished financial systems manager with extensive experience in ERP implementation and support. Currently serving as Manager of Financial Systems at Royal Caribbean International since September 2012, Ingrid has honed expertise in user support and troubleshooting across various JDE Edwards modules. Previous roles include Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist at APR Energy and Independent Consultant, where Ingrid provided senior consultancy on ERP systems. As IT Manager at Jarden Consumer Solutions, Ingrid facilitated ERP software implementation and training across Latin America. With a strong foundation in systems analysis from early career positions at Merck and SmithKline Beecham, Ingrid holds an MBA in International Business and degrees in Information Systems and Computer Science.
