Ioana Croitoru

Ioana Croitoru is a Product Manager at Royal Caribbean Group since March 2023, bringing extensive experience in product management and IT training. Previously, as Product Lead at eZLO Innovation from March 2019 to May 2023, Ioana played a significant role in advancing Smart Home and IoT technologies. Ioana co-founded "Te Fac Programator," a startup focused on educating individuals in digital skills and programming. Prior experience includes serving as Product Manager for Consumer products at Bitdefender and IT Project Manager at UPC Romania, where key responsibilities involved project delivery and software development. Ioana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Automatics and Applied Informatics from Universitatea Tehnică de Construcții București and is currently pursuing an MBA at Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
