Jiselle Perez

Jiselle Perez is an accomplished professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Director of Human Resources at Royal Caribbean Group and a Human Capital Management Consultant at Del Rio Human Capital Advisors since December 2021. Prior to these roles, Jiselle held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Bean Automotive Group from January 2017 to June 2023, and served as Human Resources Director at Aquila | On-Site Health & Fitness Management from June 2015 to December 2016. Jiselle's extensive experience also includes a tenure as Head of Human Resources & Risk Management at KJM, Inc. from April 2005 to June 2015, and as a Legal Administrator at Harper Meyer from January 2003 to April 2005.
