Monica Aversa is an experienced professional in data solutions and revenue management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Data Solutions Engineering at Royal Caribbean Group since April 2006. Monica has held multiple roles within the company, focusing on enhancing automated processes to improve productivity and financial performance. Previously, Monica worked as a Project Lead at GAD Solutions, specializing in web development and report generation. Monica's earlier experience includes serving as a Software Architect and Project Leader at the Superintendence of Pension Funds in Argentina, where financial systems for pension fund management were developed and implemented.
