Valentin Comte

Superviseur Restaurant at Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa

Valentin Comte has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Superviser restaurant at Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa since April 2019, where previous roles included Chef de rang, Demi Chef de Rang, and Commis de restaurant. Valentin held the position of Chef de rang at Le Barthélemy Hotel & Spa for a four-month mission from December 2021 to March 2022. Prior to this, from August 2016 to October 2018, Valentin worked as Chargé d’études at Artopia. In terms of education, Valentin completed the Wine & Spirit Education Trust's WSET Level 2 in Viticulture and Oenology in December 2023 and obtained a Licence in Infographie Paysagère from Université Epinal in 2016.
