Heather Akif

Heather Akif currently serves as the Executive Director of Operations at the Royal College of Art, a position held since April 2021. In addition, Heather has a long-standing career at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, having occupied multiple roles including Director of Operations, Director of Human Resources, and Head of HR since January 2002. Prior to these roles, Heather worked as an HR Business Partner at AIB Govetts Investment Bank from August 1997 to October 2001.
