Auldwin Armstrong

Auldwin Armstrong has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Auldwin started their career at Sitel (formerly known as ClientLogic) in 1999, where they held various roles including Help Desk Support Specialist, Product Specialist, Technical/Corporate Trainer, Help Desk Support Supervisor, and Account/Project Coordinator. During this time, they gained expertise in contact center management, performance reporting, and client servicing.

In 2003, Armstrong joined the Canadian Cancer Society as a Coordinator for the Service Centre. Auldwin gradually moved up within the organization, taking on roles such as Manager of the Service Centre and Senior Manager of IT Service Delivery. Auldwin was responsible for developing incident management processes, implementing new technologies, and aligning IT risk management strategies with overall organizational goals. Armstrong also played an integral part in integrating technology environments and support structures.

Currently, Auldwin Armstrong is the Director of Information Technology at the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. Auldwin'srole involves managing the IT department and overseeing all technology-related operations.

Auldwin Armstrong pursued their education at different institutions and obtained two Associate's Degrees in different fields. Starting from 1995 to 1997, they attended Humber College, where they completed their Associate's Degree in Law and Security Administration. Following this, from 1998 to 1999, they enrolled at CDI College in Toronto to obtain their second Associate's Degree in Programmer Analyst.
