Caroline Hickling

Caroline Hickling is a seasoned professional in policy and public affairs, currently serving as the Policy and Public Affairs Manager at the Royal College of General Practitioners since August 2022. Prior to this role, Caroline held positions as Policy and Public Affairs Officer at the Royal College of General Practitioners Scotland from April to July 2022 and as Media and Communications Manager at Nourish Scotland from August to December 2021. Caroline's experience also includes a substantial tenure at The Scottish Parliament from January 2015 to August 2021, where roles included Senior Researcher and Office Manager as well as Researcher and Office Manager. Additionally, Caroline served as Press Officer for the Scottish Labour Party in 2021. Caroline is an alumna of The University of Edinburgh, where studies were completed from 2010 to 2014.
