Regina McFadden has a diverse work experience. From 2010 to 2010, they worked as a Legal Researcher at the Law Reform Commission, analyzing legislation and noting provisions affecting Restated Acts. Since 2011, they have been working at the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland, in roles such as Physician Network Manager and Business Project Lead, where they managed governance arrangements, financial management, and secured program grants.

Regina McFadden has a diverse education history that spans multiple fields of study. Regina holds a Project Management Diploma from the Institute of Project Management, obtained in 2022.
