Sarah Tang

Sarah Tang is an accomplished Consultant Oncoplastic and Reconstructive Breast Surgeon at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust since August 2015, currently serving as a Surgical Tutor at The Royal College of Surgeons of England since September 2022. With a strong background in clinical research, Sarah holds the position of National Margins Audit Lead with the London Surgical Research Group. Previous experience includes a clinical research fellowship at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust and a joint fellowship in cancer research at The Royal College of Surgeons of England. Academically, Sarah holds multiple degrees, including an MA in Medicine from the University of Cambridge, an MD focused on stromal fibroblasts in breast cancer from the Institute of Cancer Research, and a Master of Surgery in Oncoplastic Breast Surgery from the University of East Anglia. Additional qualifications include FRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons and a PGCert in Healthcare and Biomedical Education from St George's, University of London.
