Stephen Hills

Stephen Hills currently serves as the Executive Director of Learning and Quality at The Royal College of Surgeons of England, a position held since July 2012, and also holds the title of Director for Dental and Surgical examinations. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Assessment at City and Guilds from July 2006 to June 2012, and Assessment Manager positions at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Imperial College London, and the Chartered Insurance Institute from 1989 to 2006. Stephen Hills pursued educational advancement at City, University of London, completing studies in 2008-2009.
