Timothy Lowe

Timothy Lowe is an experienced Learning Innovation Manager at The Royal College of Surgeons of England, where responsibilities include leading projects and virtual learning environment teams to develop courses and learning products for surgeons since November 2017. Previously, Timothy served as a Project Manager at Kaplan International English, overseeing publishing and digital projects while managing the development of a Moodle-based Learning Management System used by over 50,000 students annually. Earlier in Timothy's career, roles included Systems Manager and Learning Resources Assistant, with experience in case officer positions at the Charity Commission for England and Wales and the Phone-paid Services Authority. Timothy holds a Master's Degree in Information and Library Management from Northumbria University and a Bachelor's Degree in Modern History from the University of Bedfordshire, complemented by educational experiences at Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Neuchâtel and the College of North West London.
