David Donovan

David Donovan has extensive experience in veterinary practice, currently serving as a Practice Standard Assessor at the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons since December 2019 and as a Veterinary Surgeon at Pet Blood Bank UK since June 2019. In addition, David has held the position of Director and Veterinary Surgeon at Walton Vale Vets4Pets since November 2013 and previously worked as a Veterinary Surgeon at Liverpool OS Vets4Pets from June 2012 to September 2017. David began a veterinary career as a Nursing Assistant at Alder Veterinary Hospital, where tenure spanned from June 2004 to May 2012. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Veterinary Science from the University of Liverpool, along with multiple postgraduate certificates in veterinary business management, small animal surgery, and veterinary education. David is currently pursuing a Certificate in Veterinary Education, Coaching & Leadership at the University of Central Lancashire.
