Carmen Waugh

Carmen Waugh, CISSP, CISA, currently serves as the Information Security Officer at Royal Credit Union since June 2022. Prior to this role, Carmen held various positions in security and compliance at Mason Companies, Inc., including Corporate Security and Compliance Manager and IT Security Compliance Administrator, from October 2010 to June 2022. Carmen's extensive experience includes working as an IT Consultant at Wipfli LLP, where the company ranks among the largest accounting firms in the nation, as well as roles in managed services, technical direction, network administration, and system implementation at organizations such as SunGard, Chippewa Valley Technical College, Ho-Chunk Nation, and Silgan Containers. Carmen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater between 1993 and 1997.
