Kapil Kumar

Kapil Kumar is a seasoned professional in the field of testing and validation, currently serving as a Manager at Royal Enfield since September 2024. Previously, Kapil held the position of Engineering & Application Support Manager at STERLING GTAKE E-MOBILITY LTD. from June 2022 to October 2024 and led the Instrumentation & Test System team at AVL India Gurgoan from May 2012 to June 2022, focusing on vehicle and EV testing, calibrations, and maintenance of testing labs. Earlier experience includes a role as a Service Engineer at saj test plant p ltd., where responsibilities involved the maintenance, installation, and commissioning of test beds and devices. Kapil holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Instrumentation from Shobhit Institute of Info & Tech Meerut, earned between 2006 and 2010, as well as an Intermediate degree in PCM from S.H Inter College, Dayanatpur, from 1996 to 2003.
