Megan Thies, MBA, PHR, is a seasoned Human Resource professional with over a decade of experience. Currently serving as Human Resource Manager at Royal Engineered Composites since May 2011, Megan advanced quickly from intern to generalist within two months and has demonstrated expertise in maintaining personnel, legal, and financial files. Prior experience includes serving as Welcome Desk Supervisor at Nebraskan Student Union, where promotion to supervisor occurred within a year, and as Shift Supervisor at Runza Restaurants. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Generalist from the University of Nebraska at Kearney (2012-2014) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Comprehensive with a focus on Management from the same institution (2008-2011), following a high school diploma from Boone Central High School (2004-2008).
