William K. Rhinehart (Kirk)

William K. "Kirk" Rhinehart is an experienced professional in oceanography and coastal science, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Royal Engineers & Consultants, L.L.C. since April 2013, after previously holding the position of Senior Vice President. Prior to this role, Rhinehart was the Chief of Planning and Research at the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority of Louisiana from May 2008 to April 2013, and Administrator of the Coastal Restoration Division at the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources from April 2005 to April 2008. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Oceanography and Coastal Science from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Salisbury University, along with ongoing research in Estuarine Ecology at the University of Maryland, Horn Point Laboratory.
