Myrthe de Jong-Prangel

Myrthe de Jong-Prangel is an experienced HR Adviseur, currently working at Royal FloraHolland since October 2019. Previously, Myrthe served as an HR Adviseur and HR Assistent at Leiden University Medical Center from October 2015 to October 2019, where responsibilities included advising managers on regulations and employment conditions, as well as coordinating absence management. Myrthe also has a background in equestrian instruction at Stal de Ripse Ruiters from November 2009 to August 2016, and experience as an HR Assistant at the American School of The Hague from July 2014 to October 2015. An academic foundation includes a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management obtained at Hogeschool Leiden from 2009 to 2014, along with an HR Adviseur qualification completed in 2019.
