Paulien Te Marvelde

Paulien te Marvelde currently serves as a Senior HR Business Partner at Royal FloraHolland since December 2022. Previously, Paulien took a sabbatical from February 2022 to December 2022 for personal development and travel. Prior to that, Paulien was an HR Manager at Partners voor Jeugd from July 2017 to February 2022, contributing to national youth protection and reintegration services. Paulien held various HR leadership roles at the William Schrikker Groep and Connexxion Openbaar Vervoer nv, including HR Manager and regional responsibilities. With a comprehensive background in HR management that spans over three decades, Paulien has also held positions in organizations like Techno Service Nederland, ZWN Groep, and Rotterdamsche Droogdok Maatschappij, starting a career in HR advisory at Atos Beleidsadvies en -onderzoek BV. Paulien obtained a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and is currently pursuing additional training at Result Mediation.
