Jill Pretty

Jill Pretty is a Registered Nurse, who holds a degree in Nursing Management, a Master in Nursing (Aged and Palliative Care), and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Jill is an experienced aged care practitioner having held the position of Director of Nursing at McQuoin Park, Mercy Family Centre for 12 years before joining Aged and Community Services Australia, NSW and ACT (ACSA) as Manager of Policy and Consultancy before being appointed as the Chief Executive Officer in 2008.

As well as being an RFBI Board Director, Jill is a consultant to the industry delivering aged care training and advice on clinical and management issues.

Jill is a Fellow of the Australian College of Nursing and the Australian Association of Gerontology. She is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
