Lindy joined RFBI over 30 years ago as Hospitality Manager and has been instrumental in shaping the food and meal delivery program across the organization. In 2019, she was appointed RFBI’s Dining and Food Services Manager.
Lindy has extensive knowledge and experience in catering, food, and safety. She places importance on the residents’ meal experience and supports maximum resident dignity. She is also passionate about supporting staff to expand their catering knowledge and build their career.
