Marc Fricke

Marc Fricke started working at RFBI in 2010 as a Systems Administrator and in 2014 became the IT Manager. In 2021, he was appointed RFBI’s Chief Technology Officer.

Marc has 22 years of IT experience working across various roles from Helpdesk, Desktop support, 3rd level server, and applications support to senior systems engineer, infrastructure project management, systems integration consulting, and management. Prior to joining RFBI, he worked across a variety of industries including FMCG and insurance.

He is passionate about being able to leverage technology and innovation to make a difference in the lives of the residents and to give the staff the tools they need to provide the best care possible.
