Viet Anh Do

Anh Do has accumulated extensive experience in the aged care industry, holding various management and leadership roles in different organizations since 2010. These roles include positions such as Head of Home and Community Care, Risk and Compliance Officer, Clinical Care Manager, Deputy Director of Nursing, and Quality Officer. Anh has demonstrated proficiency in culture change, mentoring and coaching leadership teams, handling feedback/complaints, maintaining compliance, and overseeing operations clinically and operationally.

Viet Anh (Anh) Do has pursued a diverse educational background. Starting in 2013, Anh completed a Master of Nursing/ Clinical Leadership at Western Sydney University. Following this, in 2014, Anh earned a Diploma of Human Resources Management from TAFE NSW, along with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Anh furthered their education by completing a Diploma in Quality Auditing specializing in Residential Aged Care and NIDS at Global Training Institute in 2021. Lastly, Anh is currently enrolled in Australian National University pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, set to graduate in 2024.
