Michael Boulos

Michael Boulos is an experienced facilities management professional with a strong background in operational leadership and property maintenance. Currently serving as General Manager of Property & Maintenance at Royal Freemasons LTD since December 2020, Michael previously held the role of Senior Facilities Manager at Australian Property and Management, where immediate financial and operational risks were effectively addressed. Prior to that, Michael was Operations Manager at Focused Facilities Management Pty Ltd, focusing on asset protection for building owners. Earlier career highlights include serving as Field Operations Manager at tech2, contributing to the company’s growth in commercial installation services, and managing multiple car parks as Area Manager at Secure Parking. Michael holds an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from RMIT University.
