Jason Hynes

Jason Hynes is currently the Senior Vice President of Business Development & Strategy at Royal Gold Inc. Jason also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Prosper Gold Corp (PGX) and is part of the Board and Audit & Compensation Committees. Prior to their current roles, Jason held positions as Vice President of Corporate Development at Sabina Gold & Silver Corp. and Director of Investment Banking at the National Bank of Canada. Jason holds an MBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University.
