Saiful Ashari is an experienced civil and structural engineering professional currently serving as the Associate Director and Head of the Design & Engineering Department at Royal HaskoningDHV since July 2018. With a robust background in project management and team leadership, Saiful has previously held significant roles, including Building Design & Engineering Manager at Archetype Group and Dept. Manager of Civil & Structural Engineering at Bilfinger Tebodin. Saiful's expertise encompasses project staffing, coordination of engineering activities, and ensuring adherence to budget and scheduling constraints. With a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Indonesia and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Universitas Mercu Buana, Saiful is well-equipped to drive engineering excellence and mentor emerging talent in the field.
