Johan Samyn

Johan Samyn has a robust career with the Belgian Air Force, serving in various capacities since June 1990. Currently, Johan holds the position of NCO - Deputy Operations & Training at 40 SQN SAR-MAR, specializing as an Airframe Engineer since February 2019. Previous roles include NCO Heli Technician for both the Seaking and NH90 helicopters, as well as Flight Engineer under Training for the C-130. Johan's educational background includes extensive training in aircraft systems, rotor tuning, and flight engineering, with qualifications from institutions such as HELITUNE and NH90 Engineer School.
