Astrid Ponce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and marketing. Currently serving as an Asesora Certificada Afore at Profuturo since November 2021, Astrid has also held a marketing specialist role at Royal Holiday since February 2010. Previous experience includes working as an Inbound Customer Service Representative at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts from July 2016 to May 2020, and serving as a Coordinador del servicio de atención al cliente at Meliá Hotels International from October 2009 to August 2012. Astrid holds a degree in Administración de Empresas from Universidad Tecnológica de México, completed in August 2009.
