Today’s Royal Huisman is an extraordinary blend of twenty-first century technology and innovation, traditional craftsmanship and timeless values. Yet in 1884 the original Huisman yard was established to build small wooden working boats.

Nearly 140 years later – and having been awarded the ‘Royal’ Warrant on its 100th anniversary – Royal Huisman builds awardwinning bespoke custom yachts that remain to this day unrivalled in many ways.

The Project Management team at Royal Huisman oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of bespoke custom yachts, ensuring that each project aligns with the company's high standards of craftsmanship and innovation. With multiple Project Controllers, a Project Manager Production, and a Head of the Project Management Office, the team coordinates complex schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver award-winning yachts on time and to specification.
