Ilse Bouman

Ilse Bouman has extensive experience in administrative and sales roles, currently serving as Executive Secretary at Royal IHC since January 2008. Prior to this, Ilse worked as a Sales Representative at RM Perfo from 2006 to 2007 and as an Administrative Assistant at Saint Gobain Weber S.A. from 1998 to 2006. Earlier career experience includes a position as Sales Representative at Podt Alplain Beheer B.V. between 1990 and 1993. Ilse has pursued various educational qualifications, including Secretary Management Institute, Veiligheidskunde with a BVK degree in 2022, Management Support in 2022, and multiple certifications in safety and emergency response. Notably, Ilse completed the Teamleader secretariaat program in April 2011.
