Laura Zwaan

Laura Zwaan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital management and product ownership. Currently serving as the Manager Digital at Royal IHC since August 2019, Laura has also held the roles of Portfolio Manager Digital and Product Owner Digital Business. Prior to this, Laura worked at KPN from October 2016 to August 2019, where responsibilities included Product Owner for the Data Services Hub, a cloud-agnostic platform designed for high-volume data stream management, and Change Manager for Data & Analytics. Laura's earlier career included various roles at KPN Consulting, the Sociale Verzekeringsbank, and other organizations. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Economics and Management of Arts, Culture, Media and Entertainment from Università Bocconi and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
