Pardeep Rana

Pardeep Rana is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience at Royal IHC since December 2007, currently serving as Lead Engineer for IHC Dredge Equipment. Pardeep specializes in the development of engineering specifications and technical scopes, guiding project managers throughout project cycles and serving as the central contact for clients and suppliers. Prior roles include Engineer and Product Engineer, where Pardeep focused on design, FEA, and detailing of dredge equipment and onboard gantries while leading multinational teams and standardizing processes. Previous experience includes positions at Essen Deinki and Hindustan Motors Limited, where skills in design development and localization of engine parts were honed. Pardeep holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a postgraduate diploma in Tool Design, and an HBO in Integrated Product Design.
