Peter van Dalen

Peter van Dalen has extensive experience in mechanical and electrical engineering, currently serving as a Mechanical/Electrical Production Coordinator at Royal IHC since January 2014. In this role, Peter coordinates the pre-outfitting and installation of mechanical and electrical systems on ships, overseeing tasks such as cable management and installation. Prior to this, Peter worked as a Mechanical Engineer, focusing on cable routing, 3D design, and foundations engineering. Peter also has experience as a Senior Engineer at Damen Schelde Naval Shipbuilding, where HVAC systems were engineered, and as a Project Manager at NR Cooling Services B.V., where responsibilities included project execution from design to maintenance. Peter's career began at IHC Merwede as a HVAC Specialist. Educational qualifications include an MTS in Mechanical Engineering and specialized training in cooling and climate control system design.
