Oscar de Beus

Oscar de Beus currently serves as an Industrial Quality Officer at Royal Lactalis Leerdammer since March 2023. Prior to this role, Oscar held multiple positions at Brandt & Levie worstmakers, including Operationeel manager from September 2014 to July 2022, where responsibilities encompassed business development, quality control, procurement, and production. Oscar also implemented SKAL (organic) certification and established FSSC22000 quality standards. Additionally, Oscar served as a Productie- en kwaliteitsmanager, overseeing production teams, planning, purchasing, and product development, while implementing Lean & Clean methodologies. Oscar began a career as a Productiemedewerker. Educational qualifications include MBO 3 and MBO 2 in Food from SVO, an Associate's degree in Retail Management from Stenden, a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Heritage from Reinwardt Academie, and a Bachelor’s in Human Technology from Hanze, in addition to a HAVO N&G in Nature & Health from Staring College.
