Lainey's career began as an administrator at Royal LePage Homeward Brokerage from February 2003 to September 2004 and included a role as Youth Staff with Carnival Cruise Lines from July 2002 to January 2003. Lainey holds credentials from OREA College (2003-2004) and the International Academy of Design and Technology (1999-2001).
