Andrew Zsolt is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry since 1984. As President and Broker at Royal LePage Terrequity Realty since 1990, Andrew Zsolt oversees 15 offices and 400+ sales representatives across the Greater Toronto Area. Andrew Zsolt founded Terrequity Realty Inc. and established the First Passport for Coldwell Banker, contributing to a remarkable annual growth rate of over 27% over the last decade and developing it into the largest Coldwell Banker company in Canada. Prior to this, Andrew Zsolt operated Terrequity Consulting, managing syndication and development projects, including a hotel resort in the Turks & Caicos Islands. Andrew Zsolt's earlier roles include management and consulting positions at Coldwell Banker and Morguard Investments Limited, focusing on acquisitions and the development of commercial properties. Andrew Zsolt holds an MBA from Western University, where Andrew Zsolt was on the Dean's Honour List, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
