James Palanio

James Palanio is an experienced real estate professional serving as a Managing Broker and Real Estate Agent at Royal LePage since October 2017. In addition to this role, James has been the Board Chair for School District 67 since November 2019 and is an active member of the Penticton Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee and the Community Policing Advisory Committee. Previous experience includes managing broker positions at Chamberlain Property Group and serving as President of the South Okanagan Real Estate Board and President-Elect at the British Columbia Real Estate Association. James holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Okanagan College and is a licensed real estate agent through UBC Sauder School of Business.
