Alan Wright is an experienced project and programme management professional with a career spanning over two decades in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Programme Delivery Lead at Royal London Asset Management since January 2024, Alan is responsible for leading Front Office squads to enhance trading systems following the implementation of Aladdin. Previously, as Senior Project/Programme Manager at Newton Investment Management, Alan oversaw the implementation of BlackRock Aladdin across the organization. Additional experience includes roles such as Programme Manager for Digital Transformation at Direct Line Group, Head of Projects at Nomura Asset Management, and Senior Project Manager at Barings, where Alan managed various projects across multiple departments. Alan began the career as a Graduate Trainee and Team Leader at Deutsche Bank, predominantly working on the Y2K project in Frankfurt and Zurich. Alan holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Information Technology from the University of Surrey.
