Andy Maddocks

Andy Maddocks is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technology leadership and business transformation. Currently serving as IT Portfolio Director at Royal Mail since April 2013, Andy is responsible for developing and executing technology strategies to enhance customer-centric programs and drive substantial revenue growth. Prior to this role, Andy held the position of IT Director at Royal Mail Wholesale, where responsibilities included formulating technology strategies for a £1bn unit. Earlier career highlights include directing IT functions for Kall Kwik and Prontaprint, leading IT at NAI Gooch Webster, and managing projects at Total Computer Systems. Andy's educational background includes the Royal Mail Executive Leadership Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
