David Duffy

Postman

David Duffy has extensive experience in law enforcement and community service, beginning as a Police Officer at Metropolitan Police from June 1980 to March 1987, and then at Hampshire Constabulary from March 1987 to June 2010, where roles included Uniformed PC and Detective Constable. Following his policing career, Duffy served as a Victim Advocate at Victim Support from June 2010 to May 2011, managing complex cases involving multiple agencies. Duffy then took on the role of Team Leader at Society of Saint James from November 2011 to December 2015, focusing on reducing reoffending through a collaborative approach with local law enforcement and probation services. Currently, Duffy works as a Postman at Royal Mail since April 2018. Educational background includes attendance at Southmoor School, Sunderland from 1973 to 1978.
