Jay Brooks

Jay Brooks is a motivated Senior Leader with extensive experience in managing large-scale operations at a national level. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Director at Royal Mail, Jay oversees 87 delivery offices and three mail centres, leading a team of approximately 8,500. Previously, Jay held various roles at Royal Mail, including Plant Manager and Head of Operations, where they were responsible for significant operational teams and budgets. Jay also gained experience at Parcelforce Worldwide as the Head of Field Operations, communicating vision and strategy to a workforce of around 5,000. Jay is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management at Brunel University London.
