John Whyte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data management and safety. Currently serving as a Senior Data Platform Architect and Lead Product Owner in data at Royal Mail since November 2008, John has led initiatives in Data Innovation within Group Business Intelligence. Prior to this, John held various positions related to safety and health management, including GBI Business Partner and Senior Safety Advisor. John’s career began in operational roles at Whyte's of Yarm Ltd as Managing Director and at the River Tees Watersports Centre as Centre Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Health & Exercise Science and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sports Science, both from the University of South Wales.
