Michael Mayall

Michael Mayall has over three decades of experience at Royal Mail, where current responsibilities include serving as the Head of Pensions Services, overseeing the administration of pension benefits and the Royal Mail Pension Plan. Previously, roles included Head of Learning Services, focusing on in-house training for over 20,000 colleagues, and Management Recruitment Manager, leading recruitment campaigns for senior talent. As Pensions Development Manager, Michael managed the £6m Royal Mail Pensions Reform Programme, and as Pensions Operations Manager, led a team delivering award-winning pensions administration and payroll services. Educational qualifications include a BA(Hons) in Medieval & Modern History from the University of Birmingham, an MBA from Sheffield Hallam University, and an Executive Leadership Development qualification from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
