Nik Undy

Nik Undy has extensive experience in training, assessment, and leadership roles within various organizations. Beginning as a Security Team Leader and NVQ Centre Co-Ordinator at Critical Skills (UK) Limited from August 2008 to February 2011, Nik progressed to become a Trainer and Assessor at CT Skills from February 2011 to December 2014, while also serving as an Assessor and IQA at Care Training East Midlands during the same period. Nik continued to enhance skills at C2C Training Limited from January 2015 to October 2018, taking on the role of Trainer, Assessor, and IQA. In addition to professional work, Nik has volunteered as the Commanding Officer at Chesterfield Sea Cadets since September 2016, contributing to youth development. Since December 2018, Nik has also been working as a Postman for Royal Mail.
